As a CESCL-certified professional, Tommy focuses on sustainable solutions that balance ecological needs with project goals.

Nick brings seven years of experience in stormwater and environmental services across the Pacific Northwest. As Senior Stormwater Project Manager, he is dedicated to helping clients navigate stormwater management and compliance while protecting our waterways.

With a deep passion for sustainable solutions, Nick is expanding Riparia’s stormwater services and leading projects that support diverse clients and communities. His expertise strengthens our commitment to environmental stewardship and innovative problem-solving.

Cameron has eight years of experience and a passion for solving environmental challenges, particularly in stormwater management and wetland and habitat restoration.

Ryon has 19 years of experience in water quality, including 10 years in public sector regulatory compliance and environmental enforcement. He brings practical skills in field assessments, stormwater restoration plans, and watershed-level water quality investigations.

With a background in Earth and Environmental Science and experience in invasive species survey and treatment, Austin contributes valuable skills in environmental restoration, noxious weed management, and community outreach.

Jaci is a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Earth and Environmental Science. With two years of experience in wetland restoration and mitigation, she is passionate about protecting and enhancing natural ecosystems through hands-on planting projects. She is committed to creating a sustainable future through education, advocacy, and community engagement.

Joshua has five years of experience in stormwater management and vegetation control. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, he ensures that projects are completed efficiently and sustainably.

With a background in environmental science, Bailey has experience in planting, stormwater maintenance, landscaping, riparian restoration, and noxious weed control.

Alex brings 10 years of excavating experience and leads his crew of stormwater specialists with a hands-on approach.

Kristen is a Professional Wetland Scientist with experience in the Pacific Northwest since 2004. She leads the environmental science and permitting team at MacKay Sposito, specializing in natural resource permitting and balancing built and natural environments.

Alexis specializes in permitting complex projects throughout Washington and Oregon. As the team’s Endangered Species Act expert, she works with engineers to minimize the impact of stormwater runoff pollutants on native salmon species.

Chad is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in stormwater facility design, habitat restoration, site development, and municipal utility projects. He works with owners and regulators to find and permit solutions to stormwater challenges in Washington and Oregon.
